This class is just for family caregivers, like you, and will meet for an hour and a half every Monday for six weeks. You take care of yourself by learning new techniques for
relaxation and coping skills. You will learn to:
▪ Manage emotions: reducing guilt, anger, and depression
▪ Improve confidence in coping with caregiving demands
▪ About community resources that may be of service to you
