About the Event:

AgeWays (AgeWays) is seeking qualified vendors to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of creating an accurate estimate of the price and methods for designing, customizing, and implementing an electronic medical record system.  The AgeWays has partnered with Afia, a consulting firm, to support the vendor selection process.  All questions and communications regarding the RFP should be directed to Kathy Dettling of Afia as the single point of contact. Final responses are due by 5pm EST on 6/25/21 and should be submitted via email to kdettling@afiahealth.com.
