Utility Assistance
- Utility (gas or electric) bill payment assistance is provided once in a twelve month period. Assistance is offered once per utility in a lifetime.
- Must be a resident of Troy with a low income. Must have a shut- off notice.
Food Pantries
- Food is supplied up to four times a year in emergency situations. Referrals are made to a local food pantry. Vouchers for perishable goods may also be available. Holiday baskets may also be available for low-income individuals and families. Call for information.
- Must be low income and a resident of Troy. Must demonstrate an emergency need.
