- Lifeline Assistance Program offers a free phone, 500 minutes, unlimited global messaging and 500MB data every month to eligible customers.
- Serves beneficiaries of the following programs: Section 8, Food Stamps, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Supplemental Security Income, National School Lunch, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, or Medicaid. May also qualify by income. Total household income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. In order to qualify by income, the following documentation must be provided: 4 months of consecutive pay stubs, letter from your employer, last year’s income tax return, or an employer W-2 form.
