- The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) provides fixed route service, connector service, and ADA paratransit service to 76 communities in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties. Fixed route buses pick up and drop off at designated bus stops on a regular schedule. The connector service is a curb to curb small bus service used to travel within a designated service area for persons with disabilities and senior citizens. The ADA paratransit service is available for passengers unable to access the fixed routes due to a disability.
- Reduced Fare: Must be age 65 or older and show a valid Michigan ID or driver’s license, reduced fare identification card or Medicare card. Persons with disabilities may use a Medicare card and picture ID and reduced fare identification cards.
