Utility Assistance

• Administers The Heat And Warmth fund (THAW) which assists with payment of heat or electric bills.
• Must provide ID, social security card, proof of residency, income, number in household and past-due notices.

Food Pantry

• Provides food quarterly and clothing to persons with emergency needs.
• Food: Must demonstrate need. Clothing: Must be referred by caseworker or another agency.
