Utility Assistance

• Michigan Veterans Trust Fund may provide a limited amount of financial assistance for emergency needs (eviction, mortgage foreclosure, utility shut offs, etc).
• Must be a veteran, the spouse of a deceased veteran or the dependent child of a veteran. Veteran must have served at least 180 days of war time service and have been honorably discharged. Other resources must be unavailable or insufficient to meet the total need.
