Transportation
- Provides transportation to medical appointments, shopping, employment and social outings. Service available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM. Transportation to Huron Valley Hospital, Henry Ford Clinic in West Bloomfield, DMC in Novi, and Beaumont in West Bloomfield. Wheelchair accessible van is available upon request. Vehicles cannot be used for emergency purposes. Appointments for any surgery, inpatient or outpatient, are not accepted. Vehicles cannot transport patients to treatments for catastrophic illnesses (i.e. cancer treatments and kidney dialysis).
- Must be age 55 or older, or disabled and a resident of White Lake, Commerce Township or Wolverine Lake.
