- Grandparents As Parents (GAP) program offers support services for caregiving grandparents. Services include support groups, program newsletters, intergenerational activities, counseling, phone support and educational workshops. GAP also provides information and referral to community resources for food, clothing, transportation, finance, childcare, tutoring and special needs. Any grandparent raising their grandchildren or any type of relative caregiver families.
