In-Home Respite

• Assistance program funds respite care provided by local home healthcare agencies.
• Must have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS/Lou Gehrig’s disease).

Assistive Equipment Loan

• Provides assistance with speech technology and speech-generating devices. Staffed by a speech-language pathologist. Offers equipment, technology, training, and ongoing support.
• Must have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS/Lou Gehrig’s disease).
