The Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B) is governed by a board of directors. The board includes aging network and health industry leaders from across the six-county region that the AAA 1-B serves. An appointed commissioner and an older adult representative from all six counties also sits on the board. Our advisory council provides input and direction on the various initiatives of the AAA 1-B and consists primarily of older adults, service providers and professionals in the aging network. Meetings of the both AAA 1-B Board of Directors and Advisory Council are open to the general public. For more information, please contact the Executive Services Manager at (800) 852-7795.
