I. RFP APPLICATION WORKSHOP
There are no meetings currently scheduled at this time.

II. REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETINGS
The Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B) will be holiding Regional Vendor Council meetings in May. Vendors should attend the meeting for the county they serve. Vendors who serve more than one county should pick the most appropriate county meeting to attend.

These meetings are only for vendors with a current bid agreement with the AAA 1-B. The items to be discussed will include Harmony Billing, Quality Assurance, Agency with Choice, Insurance Requirements and other topics of interest to the vendor network. III. VENDOR COUNCIL MEETINGS
Vendor Council meetings are held twice each year. Vendor Councils are conducted for agencies who participate in the AAA 1-B DSP Vendor Pool and provide services to AAA 1-B clients. The purpose of these meetings is to provide an open forum for discussion of issues, concerns, topics important to each individual county in the AAA 1-B region.

Presently, the Vendor Council meetings for 2010 have not been scheduled. The dates will be posted here as soon as they are established. All vendors will be notified by e-mail.

IV. NEW VENDOR ORIENTATION
Vendor Orientations are held for agencies and/or organizations interested in seeking approval to become a service provider in the AAA 1-B DSP Vendor Pool. The following topics will be covered: Program Overview and Application Process; Service Standards and Checklist Review; Insurance Requirements; and the Billing Process.

There are no vendor orientations scheduled for 2010.

V. VENDOR BILLING TRAININGS
Quarterly optional trainings sessions are offered for vendor agency staff who work on AAA 1-B billing. Infomation about the billing process, forms and procedures and a question and answer period will be provided. Dates for the next Quarterly training, starting in 2009, will be posted shortly.
